This session lasts 45-60 minutes. It is suitable for clients who are travelling, living abroad, living outside London or for those who cannot attend treatment with me in person.
FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom are used for a video call during a consultation or a follow-up session. The online session is an exercise session.
It is recommended that clients who live abroad first purchase the Spiral Stabilization exercise cord, which will be sent to you via post, before starting online sessions with me.
You will be given a personalised exercise programme and it is recommended that you practice at home for 10-15 minutes 1-2 times per day using the elastic cord. The frequency and duration of your exercise programme will be adjusted according to your current health conditions.
I recommend doing an online session with me once a week, or once every two weeks, at the beginning of your programme. This will help you to learn the exercise technique correctly and to eliminate bad exercise habits. When you master the basic exercises, you can then do a follow-up session less frequently. Clients who are able to do only a limited number of online sessions can follow my online exercise videos that will help them to progress with the exercises.
