WORKSHOP CONTENT:

Enhance your skills and stay up to date with the latest developments in the Spiral Stabilization method in this focused, hands-on workshop.

• New exercise structure and key updates to the method
• Refinement of Foundation course exercises
• New exercises using the sport cord, including applications for sports training
• Exercise progressions for all levels, from beginner to advanced
• Earn CPD points

If time allows, you will also be introduced to refined and updated basic manual therapy techniques from the Foundation 2 course.

This practical session is ideal for therapists who want to expand their exercise repertoire, improve technique, and confidently work with a wider range of clients.

Extend your certificate expiry date by an additional 2 years upon completion.
