Session Packages Expiry Policy:
Please see the Shop services for a session package expiry date (usually 1-6 months from date of purchase).
Session Cancellation Policy:
All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the client’s booked session. In any other case, the session will be charged and deducted from the remainder of the client’s package. Package fees are non-refundable.
All Courses and Workshops Cancellation Policy:
Spiral Stabilization is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled course/workshop. The customer will be refunded prepaid course fees in full.
Customer’s cancellation in writing will be accepted up to 14 days prior to commencement of the course/workshop and a refund will be paid in full. After this date, no refund will be given.
Intellectual Property Rights:
This website materials/content/copyright (including but not limited to: text, images, videos, brand trademark, logo etc.) are wholly owned by Spiral Stabilization Ltd. You may download information from the website for your own personal use only except as otherwise expressly permitted under copyright law, no copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without our express permission. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyright material.
Online orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days. In the rare event of a potential delay, we will notify you and provide an update specifying when it will be possible to ship.
Shipping prices may vary, particularly for overseas shipments. If there is a shipment cost discrepancy, we will contact you in order to settle any differences.
Please note that your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country (when delivered internationally). These charges are usually due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties on receipt of the package. This may result in delays of your package delivery.
Orders will be completed and shipped after payment has been cleared. You can pay using your payment card, PayPal or via a bank transfer.
If you change your mind and would like to return or exchange the product please do so within 14 days of receiving your package. You will be expected to pay for return packaging and postage. Refunds for returned goods will be issued after the goods have been received.
Please note, if you are ordering from outside the UK we will email you a tracking number after the parcel has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track all packages using the tracking number provided. In the rare case of a parcel being returned back to us, we will not be responsible for extra shipping fees should you wish for the order to be reshipped to you. Alternatively, if you wish for the order to be cancelled, we will refund the order payment.
