By booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, attending a class or course, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

The information provided on this website, in our videos, online classes, workshops and educational materials is intended for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

The Spiral Stabilization Method is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Participation in any exercise programme is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Spiral Stabilization Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of information provided through this website, YouTube videos, social media, online or in-person sessions, workshops, therapist training courses or any other services provided by Spiral Stabilization Ltd.

Session Package Expiry

Expiry dates are shown on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Single therapy sessions expire 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Five-session therapy packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions cannot be carried over beyond the expiry date unless agreed in writing by Spiral Stabilization Ltd.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.

If you have purchased a session package, the missed appointment will be deducted from your remaining sessions.

If you have booked a single appointment, payment for the missed appointment remains payable.

Session packages are non-refundable.

Courses and Workshops

If Spiral Stabilization Ltd needs to cancel a course or workshop, participants will receive a full refund of any course fees paid.

Spiral Stabilization Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other expenses.

If you wish to cancel your place, written notice must be received at least 14 days before the course or workshop begins in order to receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, cancellations received less than 14 days before the course or workshop starts are non-refundable.

With prior agreement, your place may be transferred to another person.

Online Sessions

Online sessions, online group exercise classes and online courses require a suitable device and a stable internet connection.

Although every effort is made to ensure sessions run smoothly, Spiral Stabilization Ltd cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by internet service providers, technical failures or equipment outside our control.

If technical difficulties occur during a session, every reasonable effort will be made to complete or rearrange the session where appropriate.

Recording of Online Sessions

Individual Zoom online sessions and online group exercise classes may be recorded to allow participants to review the exercises after the session.

Recordings are shared only with the relevant participant(s), stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period.

All recordings remain the intellectual property of Spiral Stabilization Ltd and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, published, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Therapist Training

Therapist training courses, manuals, presentations, videos and all educational materials are provided solely for the personal professional development of the participant.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, published or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Spiral Stabilization Ltd or the relevant copyright holder.

Attendance on a training course does not grant permission to reproduce or teach Spiral Stabilization course materials.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, branding and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Spiral Stabilization Ltd unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published or commercially exploited without the prior written permission of Spiral Stabilization Ltd.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an updated delivery estimate.

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of purchase. If an unexpected difference in shipping costs arises, we will contact you before dispatching your order.

International Orders and Customs Charges

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, customs charges, VAT or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may occasionally delay delivery and are outside the control of Spiral Stabilization Ltd.

Payments

Payment can be made by:

• Payment card
• PayPal
• PayPal POS
• Bank transfer

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

Spiral Stabilization Ltd does not store customers’ payment card details.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale.

Unless the product is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Returned Parcels

Customers ordering from outside the UK will receive a tracking number once their parcel has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for tracking their parcel using the tracking information provided.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or because customs charges were not paid, any additional shipping costs for resending the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose to cancel the order instead, the cost of the returned products will be refunded once they have been received, less any shipping charges already incurred.
