I tried Spiral Stabilization out of curiosity at first and was really surprised to find out how bad my posture was. Although not experiencing any back pain, I could certainly feel that when I stand right I feel better and even taller. Now I’m doing the exercise every time after playing badminton as I can feel that my lower back needs it.
Also, working at laptop all the time is taking its toll on my neck. I need to actively think about the right posture when I sit and that’s what Jana showed me during our sessions as well. I’m recommending this method to everyone as we all have learned bad habits during our lives and it’s much better to do this simple exercise now rather than experience unnecessary back pain later.
