Spiral Stabilization ONLINE SCOLIOSIS workshop
CPD: 2 CPD points (accreditation provided by Complementary Health Professionals)
WORKSHOP DURATION: 2 Hours, 12:00pm – 2:00pm (includes a break)
WORKSHOP TUTOR: Jana Mitackova
WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS: Previously attendance at a Foundation course or at a course with Dr R Smisek
WORKSHOP CONTENT:
- Refresher of Spiral Stabilization method and its principles
- 2 hours of a practical workshop
- Client postural assessment
- Detailed treatment steps for scoliosis clients
- Spiral Stabilization exercises for scoliosis clients
- Exercises in standing and kneeling positions
- New exercises and exercise progressions
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The workshop will include a tea break.
I advise all workshop attendees to have professional liability insurance to cover them for the practical part of the workshop.
