Spiral Stabilization ONLINE refresher workshop
CPD: 3 CPD points (accreditation provided by Complementary Health Professionals)
WORKSHOP DURATION: 3 Hours, 10:30am – 1:30pm (includes a break)
WORKSHOP TUTOR: Jana Mitackova
WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS: Previously attendance at a Foundation course or at a course with Dr R Smisek
WORKSHOP CONTENT:
- Refresher of Spiral Stabilization method and its principles
- Refresher of muscle chains
- Spiral Stabilization exercise variations and their progressions
- Refresher of Spiral Stabilization exercises for beginners, intermediate and advanced level
- New exercises and tips for treating clients
- Refresher of Spiral Stabilization manual therapy techniques (sitting, standing positions)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The workshop will include a tea break. Please note that refreshments will not be provided.
I advise all workshop attendees to have professional liability insurance to cover them for the practical part of the workshop.
Spiral Stabilization exercise equipment will be available for use. Please use your own equipment during the online workshop.
